Advisory Board Member
Robert Sun is the Founder, President, and CEO of the American-Chinese CEO Society. He is a former Chinese diplomat, current business owner and investor who combines impressive diplomatic, executive, and management achievements in U.S. and China government relations, CEO-level joint business ventures in medical device and real estate. Robert is on the Board of the University of California-Riverside School of Business Administration Dean’s Advisory Council and a Board Member at California Community Foundation. He has been appointed as an official Economic Advisor to the Mayor of Weihai City, Yingkou City, Dalian Free Trade Zone in China. He is also an advisor to the All China Federation of Commerce and Industries Zhejiang Province China.
In 2006, Robert was invited by the White House to the U.S. President Welcome Ceremony for the visiting President of China Hu Jing Tao and his official delegation at the White House. In 2015, Robert was invited by the Chinese Government to meet Chinese President Xi Jinping with his official delegation during the Seattle portion of his state visit to the United States and also attended the U.S.-China Business Roundtable with 15 U.S. CEOs and 15 Chinese CEOs co-hosted by teh China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Paulson Institute.
Robert holds a BA from Zhejiang University in China and an MBA from UC-Riverside.
